What if I need to contact someone about my order?  

You can contact Customer Service at (800) 325-7409 or at stampever@usstamp.com.  Please have your control number and item # available


Where is my control number?  

Your control Number is a twelve digit number listed on the order form inserted into the stamp package.  Your control number is unique to your purchase and may only be used once to obtain one cartridge for your stamp mount.  If you have lost your control number or can not find it, please contact our Customer Service Department.


What is my item #?  

The Item # is the name of your stamp mount.  The item # can be found on the order form inserted into the stamp package.


How do I select a logo or monogram for my stamp? 

Logos or monograms are only available for item #s due to size resctrictions.  To use a logo or monogram, select the style that indicates a logo or monogram then click on the area inside the logo and monogram box below the text area.  A window will open that contains various pages of logos or monograms.  Click on an image to choose it.  The window will close and return you to the order form.


What if I make a mistake on my stamp?  

If you notice a mistake while viewing the final proof, click the edit button to return to the order form and correct the mistake.  Note: Once and order is submitted after the final proof, no changes can be made to the stamp.


What is a proof?  

A proof is a representation of what your product will look like after it is manufactured.  Color and resolution shown here are for display purposes only and may vary slightly with final manufacturing.


Why do you need my e-mail address or phone number?  

Information collected for your order will be used to produce the ordered product. Contact information, such as an e-mail address or phone number, may be used to contact you regarding your order. All information you provide is stored securely and will not be sold to third-party organizations.


How do I apply re-inking fluid?  

Apply Stamp-Ever reinking fluid sparingly to the raised text of your stamp. Let sit upside down overnight. (Note: the reinking fluid box is designed to hold the stamp upside down.) Blot the next morning and continue using.
